Returns and Exchanges

As a sustainable fashion brand, all our garments are made to order to ensure the best quality and prevent overproduction. For this reason, our return policy is as follows:

• Return policy:

  • All sales are final, except in the following cases:

    • Incorrect size received.
    • Product different from the one ordered.
    • Product with manufacturing defects.

  • Eligible products for return must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags.

  • We do not accept returns on custom items or discounted products.

• Return process:

  • Send an email to jeanfloresdesign@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the product.

• Cost responsibility: If the product is eligible for return, we will cover all associated return and shipping costs.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us beforehand.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. Please send an email to jeanfloresdesign@gmail.com to request the cancellation and corresponding refund.
